Yes we do! We have fully equipped workshops with experienced mechanics in each Bike Culture store.
Bookings for services are highly recommended. Our workshops are very busy in peak periods (October to May) so to avoid disappointment, bookings are essential.
We service all brands, but we have a few exceptions: bikes retrofitted with e-conversion kits, illegal e-bikes or bike brands that do not have an authorised Australian distributor. If in doubt, please call us.
After making a booking, you can drop the bike off the day before or between 9 and 10am on the morning of the booking.
Our stores have limited space and we ask that you collect your bike within 24 hours of our service completion phone call. Bikes that remain uncollected will be subject to storage fees.
We accept walk-ins for flat tyres and usually do them on the spot or within a few hours.

Postage or freight costs may be payable if we need to send the item away. If any further costs arise as part of the warranty claim, a quote will be provided before the work is carried out.
If you purchased your bike or part elsewhere, a $50 fee is payable per claim to cover our time and administration costs. Postage or freight costs are payable if the item needs to be sent away. Further costs may be payable, however a quote will be provided before any work is carried out.
